The double room was immaculate and the location was marvelous and perfect, really enjoyed being in the middle of the city and being close to the restaurant and pub.

This place is incredibly friendly and charming, perfect for an overnight stay, with lovely and polite staff.

The hotel offered reasonable prices, excellent location close to restaurants for all meals and a pub, very comfortable experience, perfectly clean room with a comfortable bed, and nice food with a wide array of options. The people were very pleasant and exceeded expectations.

The front bedrooms were fairly quiet, and the hotel was located in a great, central spot.

The restaurant here was great, with lots of tasty options, and we had a fantastic time with our meal. The amenities in our room, like the work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities, were really convenient and added to our enjoyment of the stay.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were lovely. It was beautiful and exceptionally nice. The bed was soft, and I thoroughly enjoyed the clean bathroom. The location was great and absolutely perfect for traveling around Bridgend, really close to the restaurant in the evening and pub.

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed in the guest room. The staff were super friendly, and the location was unbeatable. The restaurant had a good menu and was stunning. Plus, the hotel was only 3 km away from the main attraction, Cefn Hirgoed Ridge.

Plenty of EXCEPTIONAL food for meals.

This place is beautiful, immaculate and the staff are superbly friendly, and the breakfast had a great selection with excellent food, all at reasonable prices.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed. The food offering was fresh and well-cooked, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Two facts offered during our stay were a complimentary breakfast and a spacious family room. The hotel's key location allowed us to easily visit multiple castle ruins. it was a pleasant experience.

There were some downsides to our stay. On arrival, we struggled to find parking and had to come back later after finding an alternative.

The king room in the front bedrooms had all necessary amenities. I spent here 1 excellent day and will be back...

i spent here 2 excellent days and would love to come back. clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly and active, location was absolutely perfect in the middle of the city. there was plenty of great meals. location: the property was close to restaurant, south wales and the pub. also, bryngarw country park was 2 km away.

The rooms are very clean and quiet, and the location is excellent for exploring the area and dining at nearby restaurants.

Wow, what an incredible weekend! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay memorable. The food in the restaurant was of exceptional quality, and we enjoyed every meal we had. the live music in the bar on Saturday night was fantastic and really added to the overall experience. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great place to relax and unwind.

To be honest, we didn't have many negative experiences during our stay. Despite this, the staff was helpful and approachable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall.
